420A 2GB Crank Position Sensor on 2GA

Hey everyone.

Just a quick question that I am not seeing a lot of answers too. I needed a new crank position sensor and I could only get one from a 2GB, but I have a 2GA. I need to re-wire the plug for it to obviously work. would the wiring pattern be identical to the original plug, or do I need to switch the wires around?

Based on the diagrams, it appears they should be the same. Do you have pictures of your old and new sensors and the connectors?

The wires will be in the same order even if a different color, and it's a good idea to also tackle the camshaft position sensor and connector. That's considered a common upgrade for the 2GA.
