2ga Talon Twistys

I just got some twisty side skirts from a buddy and i bought them missing the passenger side end cap. I would like to know if any other side skirt end caps will work or fit with the skirts? Maybe some aftermarket ones if some exist? Also if they sell replacments at a mitsu dealer or a website i havent found yet i would really love to know.

I havent been able to find a thread or anything about it, please link or correct me if im wrong.

First should have been deleted. And i have placed a WTB add about 2 weeks ago, nothing has come up, which is why im checking to see if anyone knows where to get some. Also salvage yards around here have only eclipses that have been there for at least 6 years, so they are almost completely stripped.

As stated, they are very hard to find. Ive seen people search for months for them and still don't have a set. So my best advice is to keep an eye out and dont give up.

How can you say they suck when its for an end cap? An end cap is an end cap?

Or are there plastic welds that will probably break, and little bearings somewhere on them that dont spin as freely as oem? Good luck looking through the mess that is the dsmtuners.com classifieds. Hope you have a good 3-4 hours to blow looking through failed builds are blown up turbos for an end cap.

Those aren't twistys. They are different. And there is nothing wrong with the end cap. if you knew anything about graveyard you would understand. How about passing you along to the vendor review section and then you can try and crack jokes at the people saying not to buy from them.

The end cap the OP is looking for is 95-96 talon specific only. It has the chrysler emblem on it. Other caps would fit but would not match up with the sideskirt lines. Not even the 95-96 eclipse door caps look right.

I found mine on craigslist from a local partout. Junkyard is another option but thats pretty rare.

Talons are a RARE bunch around here, especially the 4g ones. Plus the junkyards are stripped of everything and they havent re-stocked in almost 4 years.

I traded my 2gb eclipse gst-gsx side skirts, and the end cap does not match the twisty skirt at all. (doesnt match the fit, not the looks)

You are right, I thought they were called dsm graveyard a long time ago. But checking the dsm graveyard site and graveyard motorsports site, they are the same place, so stay the hell away from them!

But about the sideskirts, just keep an eye on craigslist and local forums. I found a complete set for $100 the first time I looked for dsm parts on craigslist and I snatched them up knowing they where rare and that I would make use of them some day, I've even seen someone selling a complete set on a local forum a while back for cheap and no one had any interest, he was going to just throw them away, not sure if anyone ever picked them up. But I think you will have a hard time finding just that part unless the person already has an incomplete set.

I know its going to be a hard time searching for just That piece, but i also dont want to spend 200 bucks on a full set.... cause either way i would end up with a set without the cap, and if i sold it i wouldnt make my money back.

If i dont find a cap soon, ill probably sell the set. Then get the ones in the picture i posted. 300 Actually sounds pretty fair for a full set, especially from a vendor.

Dang I must have gotten lucky. I found a set on here on a part-out classified, for $75?? Obviously I had to sand and paint them, but part-outs are the way to go on this site.
