Hey all 2nd time poster here. I just finished up a 6 bolt swap on my 1995 Eclipse GSX Auto. Finally got to take her out on the road today but noticed a funny sound when running through the gears. Turns out the transfer case coupler is stripped to the point where the rear wheels are not even getting any power (I.E. shaft just spinning inside). Pretty wild that anyone would let it get that bad but I digress. I opened up the trans case and literally everything is good except the coupler. My question is, are there any vendors that sell like a coupler rebuild kit ? One that would include just the coupler, oil seal and bearings. I've been looking all day to no avail.

Yeh I had seen that on jacks but doesn't come with bearings. And the price is one of those things , may as well just get it rebuilt if I'm gonna spend that much. Found a case from a local guy going to look at it today. Hopefully the gearing is the same. With all the crazy things I've read about t-case compatibilty I'm going to count the gear ratios next to one another and make sure they are the same. If not hopefully I'll be able to steal the coupler from that one and put my gear and bearings on it.

its possible that the splines were mismatched. 22 on 23 spline.
Thats what I was thinking, I just got this shell about 1 month ago from a guy who had no clue about what the previous owner had done to it. Car was ran till it threw a rod so I have no confidence in anything I haven't personally inpected/installed.
