2g stall when preesing the clutch

when I push the clutch in and leave it in for too long the car will stall. It rarely ever happens, but when it does I just let the clutch out a bit to start it back up. can anybody tell me whats wrong.

It sounds like the line pressure could be slowly leaking down and allowing the clutch to to engage the flywheel. I would bleed your line and ensure you have full clutch engagement travel. Have a friend pump the clutch five to six times and hold it down before you open and close the bleeder valve on the slave cylinder under the car. Repeat this process until the pedal feels more firm. Have some clutch fluid ready to add to the reservoir as its very limited capacity will cause problems. If it runs dry it will pull air back into the system and restart the entire process.
