clutch/stall problem

in neutral i push the clutch and the car trys to stall, if i let out the clutch it will hop back up to 900rpm but if i keep it pushed in it will stall itself. what could cause this/ anyone have or had this problem please help

First check your battery terminals, make sure they are tight and clean.

If that isn't it, start searching here for "crankwalk symptoms"
