Resolved 2G Rear knuckle doesn’t line up with hub assembly or shield

I have a 99 GSX. I am replacing the rear end with new parts. I ordered the rear knuckles (MR233653, MR223654), OEM hub assembly, and brake shields.

The holes for the hub and shields line up, but the knuckle holes are completely different. Any advice on what I’m missing here? Every Mitsubishi parts site says these are compatible.

Those are Galant knuckles.

Actually looking into it a bit further it appears that many online Mitsubishi retailers list those as being compatible with your car which is obviously false. The proper part numbers for 2gb knuckles are MR223655 and MR223657

There are 2gb knuckles for sale in the classified section currently.
