2G Rear knuckle bushings

I bought two polyurethane rear knuckle bushings for my car since my old ones blew out. I took a look at the bushings and it seems like its too big on the ends to just push into the hole. Does anyone know how to put these things in?
 
Need more data.

Souce/brand of bushing ?
Which of the 3 rear upright bushings are you replacing ?
