Resolved 2G REAR Braking! Differences with AWD to FWD?

My friend has to replace the hole emergency brake assembly, and every thing looks the same as my FWD rear, the only diffence may be the rotors. So Im just wondering if all the springs and shoes from a rear FWD eclipse would be the same as a AWD rear braking system?

Parking brake assemblies should be the same. Rear rotors are the same for the GS, GST and GSX With the exception of the 95s which had vented rear rotors.

Whats stopping anyone from putting on the '95 vented rear rotors? Are they thicker and therefore a different caliper bracket?

To swap between vented and non-vented rears, you need the rotors, the calipers, and the brackets. The parking brakes are the same.

Nope, the 1G's have a parking brake actuator built into the rear caliper. There are pictures around here somewhere from when I rebuilt mine.
