Is it possible to make a 2G MAF-T work on a 1G?

The reason I ask is because I found a decent deal for blow-through setup, and I was wondering if it would work

I already have a 2G MAF on my car ....Would it be any differant if I put the 2G MAF-T on?

I have DSMlink so I'd just keep the setting on 2G MAF right? ((insted of switching to 1G MAF if I got a 1G MAF-T))??

I am pretty sure the only difference between the 1g and 2g Maf-T is the plug in to the mas. Did you solder on a 2g connector to work with the sensor? If so, I think it should plug right in and work.
