Alright guys, i messed up. started putting things together and realized i have a dilemma. i need to put a 2g head on a 6bolt block. Do head bolts (and by bolts i mean ARP studs) for a 7bolt thread into a 6bolt block or do i have to have the bolt holes drilled out in the head to fit the big ones.

On the plus side this 90' AWD looks almost like a complete car again. :p

I fail...i need to work on my search skills, for some reason i type words that get things im not looking for...long story short...I NEVER FIND WHAT I NEED. Thanks though thats what i needed to know.

Unfortunately, since the headbolts for a 7-bolt are 11mm, the 12mm headbolts for a 6-bolt won't fit through the holes. You'll need to get the head machined. A machine shop local to me quoted $70 to bore out the headbolt holes 1mm over from 11mm to 12mm.

Hope that helps... :coy:
