Well Geez.. where to begin eh? I have had this 1997 GST Turbo since 2005. The motor blew 6 hours after I bought it. It has been sitting in my parents yard since the engine was pulled, then stolen out of storage in 2006. So that makes 3 years since it has seen an engine! I am wanting to do the 6-bolt swap, or even a 7-bolt with crank walk mod but I have one big problem. I KNOW for a fact that all the bolts, etc. etc. will not be where i originally put them at the time of removal which means i would dive into a steaming pile of HEADACHE!! School and work has taken over the past 3 years but i've finally got a little break and very interested in resurrecting her! If I had someone maybe familiar with the swap locally to help maybe I could do it but as of now I live where not many DSMs roam. Any suggestions?ROFL

Well bro you gotta do what we all do... Start a parts collection. You got to start buying massive quantities of parts and hardware and start laying out your plans and go from there. Just start looking you will find any parts you need on boards like this or junkyards. Just dont let her waste away in the yard!!!
