2g Front Bumper

Hey Guys, I am in need of a front bumper.. I backed my car off the trailer.. and boom..

I was looking at some bumpers on E-bay the one problem I noticed is that none of them seem to come with the rails that go into the frame.. are those just bolt on rails? How dose that work? The Ebay front bumpers are they any good? thanks guys.

Certifit they ship 40$ and the metal rails in the bottom at bolt on

That's a stock unpainted and unprimed .. Don't know anything about eBay bumpers but If its like any thing else's the kinda fit and need mods to work proper

My 2g eclipse bumper never had rails, it was straight bolt on to fender.
Same with my 2gb talon, straight bolt on, no rails.

And i have a buddy that had a remanufactured bumper cover for the 2gb eclipse, and it fit horrible. It was warped and un-equal.

If you see one on ebay that is oem and off of an existing stock eclipse, then yes it should be good.

I have an ebay front bumper and it fits fine. The ones on ebay are the same as the ones Certifit sells so if you can get it cheaper from there do it.

ebay front bumpers fit perfectly fine. and if you can't find the metal pieces I wouldn't worry about it, the bumper should hold up just fine without them.

Mine held fine before but I put mine on when I straight it out mine was all mengled from the last owner hitting parking blocks

Use your stock rails. Unless you smashed into a wall or you are sure that you dont have any at all, your stockers should not be damaged. Just pick up an ebay bumper cover, paint it and call it a day.
