Edit: It was a dumb fuse!

Hello, I have a 99 Eclipse GSX and hopefully someone can help me. My problem is that whenever I turn the car off after driving, it cuts power to the ECU and Radio and the ECU has to relearn idle EVERY time I start the car. It seems there is no longer a constant power running to the ECU or radio. What could be the problem?

I noticed the problem after test fitting a new radio. The new radio didn't power up so I took it out. Next thing I know is my car idles super low, just like when the battery has been disconnected for some time. I let it idle for 10 minutes so the ECU could relearn the idle, and all seemed well after a test drive. I went to start it again later that day and it did the low idle thing again! I put the stock radio back in and I'm still having this issue. I don't see any loose wires behind the radio.

Does anyone know what could be the problem? Where do I even start to troubleshoot this? Thanks

It was a blown fuse! #11 Glad it wasn't something worse. I guess that's what I get for not disconnecting the battery before changing stereo equipment. Lesson learned
