1G About 2g Black Box ECU in 1G? Car dies after 3 seconds

thank you I wish I could run it. i have socketed ecu also i think i will find ecmlink..Really sick and tired . I wasted my time..I hate myself sometimes but it would better to see car runing..

Try setting fuel pump always on through ecmlink misc settings see if it fixes it.

You can’t use ecmlink on a 98 black box. He has a tactrix cable.

The ecu needs the signal from the crank sensor. Whether there is an adapter harness or a way to feed it what it needs I’m not sure but I’m fairly confident that’s your issue.

If you have Ceddy you can see if there is an option to run the fuel pump always on as suggested earlier. I haven’t used it in over 10 years and even when I did run a black box I wasn’t tuning through ceddy someone else was for me.
