Searched around a bit and only found questions and no answers.... Recently have had a few electrical problems.... First the alarm would suddenly start going off, then my greddy turbo timer went out and now my running lights will not go off without disconnecting the battery.... If anybody has had these similar issues any input would be appappreciated!

Running lights and taillight are controlled by the column switch activating the taillight relay. So either your column switch is bad or the relay is. Column switch is usually the culpret but try swapping the relay with another to eliminate that possiblility.

Soooo.... What would you do if neither worked?
Even pulling the relay the lights still stay on
I would disconnect anything aftermarket to see effect: alarm, turbo timer, radio, etc. in case someone wired it in wrong. The running lights and dash lights are wired to the taillight relay so it's hard to imagine they would stay on if that relay is pulled (make sure you pulled the correct one - engine fusebox, top row 6th socket from right). If they still stay on then either someones changed the wiring or you have their power wire shorted to a constant power source. Examine any wiring changes. If ok I'd then disconnect the battery, unbolt the engine fusebox and examine the nest of wires underneath it for shorts, cuts, burned wires, etc - anything not normal.

I had an issue where my parking lights and my dash lights would not go out. Believe it or not it was a brake light bulb that burnt out and was making contact threw the inside of the bulb with a ground. It sounds crazy but thats what it was. I think your having a different problem though unless u recently messed with your bulbs. Like other have told you I would start by disconnecting all of your aftermarket stuff and see what you have from there.

Thank you... I recently had my turbo timer go out... Well,,, it won't turn off even though the keys out ...maybe that's the problem... I did disconnect the timers harness but still didn't help

Also my clutch master cylynder went out spewing oil on some of the wire connectors by the cabin fuse box.... but I didn't think electricity would flow through oil?
