If you are referring the the battery ground wires one goes to the firewall and the other to the starter bolt.

Black/red goes to starter from postivie post. White double wire goes to fuse box.

Negative is black/yellow to firewall, and black/yellow to transmission bolt next to starter for engine ground connection

On my car the short black/yellow wire doesnt have the opening to put it on the firewall like the one you have pictured above, it only has one. I dont know what the other wires are for either, im assuming the previous owner messed with everything cause theres taped wires all over place and some random wires that werent connected to anything

Was the starter installed when you had your battery issues or are your pictures exactly as it sat when you had a power issue? As chrysler kid said above, a power wire from the battery (+) terminal will go to the starter (+). The starter is grounded by the block/battery (-) terminal wire on the starter bolt. But you should also be grounding the battery (-) terminal to a clean/paint free firewall bolt hole or something on the chassis. Engine ground cable is for the alternator typically which grounds through its mounting backet. If you are attempting to make the starter engage while sitting on the valve cover or get ignition and accessories to work with the battery negative lossely hanging off of the uninstalled starter bolt, this isn't going to work. (unless you took the starter off just to give us the picture?) If your black/yellow wire is missing a lug on the end you'll need to get one and crimp it on. The vehicle will not work without battery negative to chassis.

Yes the starter was installed, I just took it out for the picture. Im going to sand down the firewall and give it another try

Perfect. Let us know how it goes.
I got it to work now but I ran into another problem. Long story short I bought a motor with 4k miles and I havent been able to get the car running. The motor turns but the car doesnt start. Not getting spark and I cant figure out why, I was told the coil pack I was given works. Car is so close to running but I keep running into some problems.

How many volts does the battery have?

How did you confirm there is no spark?

How did you confirm fuel?
Pulled out a spark plug, connected it to the spark plug wire, grounded it to metal and turned the key. Fuel pump is working and I can smell the fuel in the engine bay.

Of the (4) white power wires coming off the battery that connect to the fuse box, there is a smaller 14 gauge white wire with red stripe coming from 20A fuse (Cond. fan Vent. cond.) which is tied into 2 of the 4 white power wires. What is this wire for exactly and is it needed?

I would assume that smaller white wire is for the A/C condenser fan, so if I’m planning on running 2 slim fans wired together off the main fan this wouldn’t be needed correct?

You'll have to make sure the initial current draw of starting two fans simultaneously won't blow the the fuse on that circuit.
