hey guys ... my mod list is in my profile, and was wondering if i have supporting mods to enjoy a 20g turbo ... i know they have a 20g w/ a TDO5H housing, and a 20g with a TDO6 housing ... i will probably be leaning towards the internally gated TDO5H since i can use my current o2 dump and wont need to invest in an external wastegate. Does the TDO6 come internally gated ? ... would my denso 660cc's be enough? im sure my stock 3kgt vr4 fuel pump would need to be upgraded probably to a walbro 255 ... but other than that... are things lookin good ? ive used the search button and learned that the the TDO6 housing would not bolt up to my exhaust manifold / o2 housing ... and have read that a TDO5 would bolt up fine.... ? let me know what u guys think

the tdo6 will bolt up to your exhaust mani and o2 housing maybe you mis-read, you can get them internally gated, you or whoever does the tuning on your car will know if the fuel set-up you have will be enough. my opinion the 660s will be fine but i dunno what the 3kgt fuel pump flows

td06 or td05 will bolt up fine. 660s should be plenty. You'll enjoy the turbo as long as you have a good intercooler and some sort of logging. But im curious why you pick a 20g? They are expensive and you can get a hybrid that is bigger and cheaper now a days.

I agree with the above post, you could spend 20g ca$h, and buy a hybrid turbo and ext. WG setup. Go around to different sites, price some stuff out.

If I were to upgrade, a TD06H-20G would be a likely candidate. Either that or an FP Green - both with external wastegates. Other hybrids may be cheaper, but I am not convinced with the quality of the 6,7 and 800 dollar shop built Garretts a lot of people are using. It seems too many of them take a dump for little to no reason. A full Garret setup might be okay, but that's very expensive, whereas a TD06H/Green external wastegate setup costs about the same. From what I've read a big turbo like that combined with an internal gate is not ideal. I don't think a TD05H-20G would offer that much more benefit, if any, over an EvoIII especially considering how much more they cost.
