2 Step Wiring Help

I've got this 2 Step/No Lift To Shift box, N2MB Racing - WOT Box

Now I can't get it to work correctly. When I try to engage the 2 step (set at 4500rpm) it revs to that and then drops to around 2000rpm and 2 steps there.

Upon contacting the support at N2MB they told me that the wire I tapped into at the coil must be cutting fuel too. The funny thing is, I followed there instructions and it said to tap into the black/white wire at the coil connector.

Can anyone help me out in getting this thing working?
Does this wire also have something to do with fuel or no? Is there another wire I can use?

i dont know how to help you on the wiring part but in my opinion you should turn your 2 step up to around 5000rpm-5500rpm. mine is set to 5200rpms and i launch at 14psi.
