Im building a 100mm 6 bolt with stock rods, and weisco pistons (yes the wrist pin location is 6mm higher). im getting to the point where its time to do the head. so i'd like to ask a few questions

i want to make the stroker hit into the 8500-9000 rpm in 2nd, 3rd, maybe 4th if im on the freeway late at night. i just want to know what basic work needs to be done at the machinest while my heads getting hot tanked. should i get it pollished? ported? maybe get an angle job done? or go oversized on the valves? i havent settled on the valves, springs, retainers, guided, exc. so any input from people who have more experance, PLEASE FEEL FREE to lend your opinions. im also well aware i might need to go dual springs to hit that high of rpm.
