I'm finishing up my 2.4 build and being the dumbass I took my 2.4 cam gears out of their boxes and now I don't know which one goes for which cam? Does it really matter? Thanks

its funny,im about done mine too,and i did the same thing. But after looking at them and the notches, the cam gear with the plate looking thing behind it is the intake, regular 4g looking 5 star one is exhaust

Does that really matter if they're marked the same? Also I only had one mark on the gear with the plate. Did you have to unbolt that piece that sticked out to get it to fit? I had to.

im not to that part yet, today i guess ill find out.Yeah the one with the one mark is the intake cam gear,i figured this because well the mark has to line up with the exhaust cam gear mark,if you put the cam gear with the one mark on the exhaust side it will be pointing away from any marks.I hope im saying this right, because i could be mixing them up because i dont have them in front of me.
