I recently spun a rod bearing in my 2.4 G4CS block in my gsx. Missed 2nd at the track :ohdamn:
My mods are up to date in my profile. I was making right around 600awhp.
Since shes blown I want to go bigger and better.

I would like to send the shortblock out to have it professionally built, but I am unsure where to send it.
I've contacted a few reputable companies to get quotes.
So far I've talked with English Racing, FatHouse Fabrications, Built Industries, Buschur, FFWD Connection and MAPerformance

I could build this block in my own garage but for my power levels I'm not 100 percent comfortable I'll do a perfect job to hold up.

My question to you guys is where should I go or not go, any advice, opinions, ideas. Anything would be helpful.

Budget is not too much of an issue. I already expect to be out close to $7000 when all said and done.

I'm looking for a balanced, blueprinted block. With Manley rods and Manley 10:1 pistons. Knife edged crank. Main girdle with block line honed, etc

Thanks in advance! :thumb:

We're about an hour and a half drive from Holtwood, PA and have built many 2.4's like you describe. Give us a call if you've are interested in pricing and options.
