Thats what I thought too. An Eagle or Scat/ Wiseco combo is easily a 600+ hp safe combo alone. I don't plan on pushing that. If I did, I would have used beefier rods, etc.

thanx for the replys guys the only reson i am using the cryo is cuase alot of peopl told me that it would make my block strounger so i did it i dont want to half ass this setup so i tryed gooin the best for my budget

You don't need to get the part cryoed. Lots of people are making big numbers and never put their parts to the freeze. I learn't in school this past year that most of the places that do cryo treating don't get the parts cold enough and really end up charging you money for nothing. Spend the money else where.

Hey Norice,
If you don't mind me asking, how long ago did you order your 2.3 from FFWD? -I ask, as I too have ordered a similar 2.3L from him... In my case, it has been about 2 weeks now... I can't wait either!

As for the 16g, I'm planning to break the thing in with my existing Evo16g... Use it for the break-in period then move over to a larger turbo after ~5k. -I would expect that our 16g powered cars would spool up very quickly with our stroker "Injuns"... As for actual estimates, that would be considered "bench-racing", so I guess we will just have to wait and find out for ourselves :D

That, may be but the places that do it right will make a difference in your parts. We gained 7 hp on a 92 hp 440cc 2 stroke motor as well as alot less rebuilds. We also treated brake rotors and suspension parts with excellent results.

Also for years there have been lots of racers out there using this with out letting others know about it, to maintain a advantange.

Here are a couple companies that we have used.

I really like the setup.

Was this built by FFW. Im not trying to get this off topic but I was always curious about those guys. Whats the deal with "injuns" and engine "pieces". Did these guys graduate high school? I was also turned off by their "legal jargon".

Im not trying to say anything bad about these guys because I have no experience with them. Im just curious if anyone has had a conversation with these guys and can vouch for their competence.

These pics are worth a thousand words... As far as FFWD goes, Darren's workmanship is second to none.

I am curious to hear how a stress relief process netted you an increase in power.
