2.3 stroker build with old school fp red turbo

Hey guys just wondering what kind of oil every one is using on there fp red. I was wondering if Pennzoil plat or castrol edge 10w30 would work this this turbo by chance? I know a lot of people probably think Pennzoil is a cheap and crap oil. We have been using Pennzoil plat and ultra on are 350z and built integra for a couple years now and have had no problem at all even on track days. I know its has more to do with zinc level in the oil with this turbo but most of the brands they listed aren't in are little town.

FP's oiling requirements are on their site as a few have already linked. I don't think we need another "what oil should I be running" thread.

If you can't find the oil FP requires in your town, use a break-in additive like that offered by Lucas in whatever oil you're able to run.
