Well, time has come to pick a turbo for an automatic 2.3 stroker build. I have used an hx40 .70 ar turbine housing and absolutely love the power it provides up top, but do not like the fact that without using spray to get it up on the stall.

So the question at hand is which turbo would be a well suited turbo that flows like the hx40 up top, 69~ ish lbs/min yet small enough to possibly stall without nitrous. Restalled converter is an option, but would really rather not have to use nitrous.

I was thinking a 6262 in a .48 or .63 ar turbine housing with the mitsu bolt on housing, but not sure how much that would choke out the top end.

Any input would be greatly appreciative,

Derrick

Any updates on your build Derrick ? What sinister converter are you running ?
