I recently blew up my 2.0 motor in my 1998 eclipse gs. I found a 2.2 motor close to my house for cheap. Would I have to change my mounts, tranny, axles or anything to make the turbo motor fit in my car? Or would it be cheaper to take my body kit, interior, and radio system out of my gs and put in the 2.2 car? I have plenty of time and space to do either one. Thanks in advanced, Jordan.

What 2.2 are you talking about? Either way you would have a ton more work. Motor mounts needed welded in and drive train swapped over with all the electrical included. Your better off switching your car over to the one you found. But I still don't know what motor your talking about.
