1st gen talon SAFC RPM wire

hey guys i just bought a 1st gen talon a 1992. it came with a SAFC in it already but the guy before me wired up the RPM wire wrong it only reads half the RPMs it should with pin # is my RPM wire and what color is it? thanks

Check on the settings where you select the number of cylinders. If it is set at 4cyl. try putting it on 2cyl. and see if it shows the correct rpm's. The same thing was happening with my SAFC and after searching around on a few sites I found that "Because of the way that Mitsubishi triggers the ignition coils, this is normal".
