I just scored a awdt talon 90 model and i need to know a few things about it. first what size exhaust should i use, im thinking 2"3/4" but i dont know im gonna go headers all of the way to the end, also what brand. i also want to know which bov to use aswell as a turbo timer. and does anyone know where to get a set of white faced gauges? i also was wondering what the spray kit for the intercooler from an evoVIII would do for me if anything...thanks,Ben

Our car has a 4cylinder, Only one header, Not headers. Don't buy a pacesetter header, It will snap. A ported 2g manifold will do, Or if you have money, The sbr cast manifold. Get a 2 1/2" exhaust at the least, If you have more money, Go with a 3". Look in the tuning guide on this site to find what exhaust will work with the money you are looking to spend.

i also want to know which bov to use..

Personal preference I guess...

aswell as a turbo timer.

The cheapest? They all do basically the same thing for a lazy person. Shut your car off so you dont hafto sit in it an extra 30 seconds...

Well if your gonna go and get exhuast you might as well get 3", cause if you mod cheap you mod twice. and for your application i'd say just use a cast manifold instead of tublar headers. For the manifolds you have slowboy racing, EVO III, 2nd gen etc..... As for the exhaust there are many companies, listing a few HKS, ARP, Certified muffler, Thermal R&D, Apexi, Rs*R, or custom. Your best bet for the BOV is to keep it stock for awhile, if you insist on a new one there are many for your application, but recercuilate it back to the intake or you will run into problems if you dont have a GM MAF, All turbo timers are realitvly the same some may have more functions than others, im using the Blitz FATT, APC will have white faced gauges i bet, and for the spray kit those work well, its water/alchol mix but if i were you id just buy a kit or make one and run it into your IC piping. Good luck with everything

And read through the newbie guide. Can't stress it enough.
As an example, the previous owner of my GSX was a mook, and was atmosphere-venting his BOV to get the hiss sound... which made the car run like crap until I hooked it up again after reading that bit in the newbie FAQ. Then it was happy and wonderful and scaring Mustangs like it should. :D
