2G 1st gear pops out under backload

my 1st gear pops out when it gets back load on it. if i am going in 1st gear then let off once the rpms start to go down it kicks out of gear, i can hold it in place

what causes this? and how do i fix it? rebuild time??

Sounds like worn 1st gear synchros.
