You could always make a vacuum mold and try your luck with that. I was thinking of doing it since building it and using it seems easy enough. Search youtube on how to make one, only takes simple thing from home depot.

There is a set on ebay with the corners for 180 super good price (it is a auction tho)i paid more for just the lights tho u can buy the corners separate on ebay for 30 bucks.good luck to whoever clicks first.

I am also working on making clear lenses for my projector retro into my stock headlights.

I paid 225 shipped for the set i bought the other day without the corners.fortunately the cLear corners r still sold on ebay.. kinda expensive but they are no longer made . i really wanted some black housings...maybe i will convert them. or trade um or find some for sale .

You should do a thread, I've been completing letting a friend do a retro for my headlights but I'm a little reluctant.

If you do it with morimotos its rather idiot proof. You just need to bake open the headlights (I did 1 head light a time at 225* farenheit, left them in for 12 minutes) then trim the hole the light bulb went through on the low beam side, and then trim some other crap on back of the headlight. Then bolt the sucker in.

They just hold in with a big ass nut on the back.

Had to mod the shit out of my reflector bowls because I chose the graphite shroud, get the gatling, or gatling 2.0 and there should be less trimming.

Now you will need to check hidplanet forums for the clear lense forming thread, and hope you have a big enough oven to make the lenses, or buy a set of clear headlights (rare nowadays) because the stock fluted lenses will just scatter the light.

No they won't be as clear, but its a way cheaper set up as I have 54 bucks in hid's and the car still looks stock.

HIDs are pointles in the above setup. Even if you had a retrofit the lense would just scatter the light.

If you don't have a retro, quit being a jackass and put stock lights back in them. You assholes give me terrible headaches.
