My 92 fwd talon is pretty much stock it was rebuilt about 3,000 miles ago with wiseco forged pistons. I have a boost controller, boost gauge, aif/fuel gauge, k&n air filter. I'm ordering a 2g ported manifold, and o2 housing, with the turbo (Evo 3 16g). How much boost will i be able to run safley with these mods? Or what other mods will i need? probably a bigger fuel pump, 190 lph? my goal is to get in to the high 13's while keeping it a daily driver. Thanks for any help.

To really up the boost safely your goin to need a bigger fuel pump 190 would be great, bigger injectors, a logger and probably an afc to tune it. If you keep the stock fuel system you would be pushing it's limits at 13-15 lbs and probably running very lean.

Get a pump 255, FPR, Injectors 650's, DSMLink, and you should be good for 20PSI easy. In this rebuild did you build it with rods to or not.

Well if all you want to do is run 13's then leave the car as is....thats a real easy goal with the 14b.....awd i have run 12.4 with stock turbo and injectors.....all you need is some decent exhaust,190 pump and a boost controller...then you can run 16 psi and hit 13's..

your not going to need that much if you want to run 13s. you could run 13s with tossing on a boost controller if you really wanted to, and runing dsmlink yeah its safer but your not going to break 300hp to make it to a 13sec run.
parts that would help you-
fuel pump 190-255 both will work
injectors dont need 850s 550s would work
and exhaust will let that turbo breath a little bit but you could do it on stock exhaust

I already have a boost controller and i dont think my turbo is going to last much longer I'm starting to get smoke coming out of my exaust. I didn't at the time have money to purchase a new turbo when we did the rebuild. I want the evo 3 16g cause of the spool up time and top end power. This is probably a newbie question but what is DSMlink? I've seen it alot on here.
