So I'm having an awful time trying to get the seals into my throttle body, the tb is a 91-94 and the seals are from machV.

I've tried pressing the seals into the tb housing and into their rings and I just can't seem to get either way to work, it seems like the seals are bigger than either hole. I even tried pressing them in with the back of a screwdriver with no luck.

Does anyone have a tips or little tricks they use?

You removed the old seals, right? You will not reuse the metal ring from the old seals; the new seals are a complete replacement.

This seems to be where I went wrong. I thought I needed to put the metal rings back around the new seals. Its a bit late to try again tonight but I'll see if I can do it tomorrow.

I'll use the socket method and hopefully everything else will go smoothly.

Thank you.
