any updates, or new sub setups from the members? very interested in seeing some new ideas. just got a alpine cda-7893 w/ a cd changer and was wondering if you mount the cd changer in the enclosure if it will cause a problem with vibration? anyways, i'd like to see some more custom setups.

i wouldn't mount it inside the enclosure if possible. vibrations might get the best of it

not too bad of an idea, how would i go about doin this, cut the hump out and weld a flat piece of metal on?

you can't just cut the hump out. the gastank is directly underneath it, and it has a hump too :p if you want to do it, you have to drop the tank, cut the hump off the tank, get it welded flat with a breather tube to vent excess pressure (which was the point of the hump in the gas tank, so the gas could expand) and then use that. a lot of work, but frees up a lot of hatch space.
