2G 1g Radiator and fans fit a 2g?

My fans and radiator got smashed in my 1995 GST, will a 1990 GST fan and radiator plug right in? If not is there any way I can get them to work?

1g radiator is diff.. but it can be done.

im most likely getting ready to do it. ill let you know how it goes if i remember to. My turbo and manifold are to much in the way for the 2g outlet.

I've actually done the opposite to my car, a 2G radiator in a 1G. Fit is kind of tight (the 2G is slightly wider than the 1G and the connectors for the fans are kind of funny. Funny like, I had to modify mine and for whatever reason, the main cooling fan keeps detatching itself from the motor itself. I've done this to two different fans. I'm not sure if I'm just hooking it up wrong or what but I still can't get it to work properly.

im using slim fans, so i dont think ill have the fan issue like you did. I just hope it all goes together fairly well. We'll find out tomorrow.
