First off I apologize if this is a dumb question i know close to nothing about wiring.

Im wondering if i could wire aftermarket fog light to the stock button? my car still has the plugs for the stock ones and i assume the wiring still works (still need to test it)

I was looking at buying something similar to this https://www.quadratec.com/products/...ueGtnbqagA7JF3KzpNgErdJhvD5N63L0aAlDeEALw_wcB

If not ill probably just buy a used oem pair.

Sure, one pin will be ground and the other battery voltage when the button is pushed in and the high beams are off.

There is a simple mod you can make to keep the fogs on with the high beams but as far as your question goes you can just wire the new fogs in.
