1g nt injector question

i have a new set of venom injectors that i want to use on my boosted civic that are for a 91-94 nt eclipse. they are 240cc. what i need to know is if they are peak and hold or saturated style injectors. they are very close to the stock civic injectors size. need to know if i have to use resistors on the power wires to make them work. and please do not burn me for asking about a honda on a dsm forum. i have them installed with resistors on the power wires and it just dont run right so thats why i ask.

what i need to know is if they are peak and hold or saturated style injectors.

Peak and Hold or Saturated refer to the injector driver circuit.
Injectors typically are either high impedance or low impedance.

Peak and Hold driver are usually used with low impedance injectors so that you get the benefit of having a high peak current flow to get the injectors open quickly and then the driver drops the current to hold the injector open without burning up the injector coil.

Saturated drivers are usually used with high impedance injectors. The driver is a simple saturated transistor and the injector limits the current itself by it's impedance.

DSM ECUs have a saturated injector driver. On the turbo cars low impedance injectors are used along with an injector resistor to get better injector performance without the expense of redesigning the ECU injector driver using a Peak and Hold circuit.

As is posted in many threads, the 240cc injectors from a 1G 2.0L NT are high impedance injectors and shouldn't use a injector resistor on a DSM or Honda.

thanks. i thought it was the resistor making it run and have a slight miss misfire.i am going to take the resistors out and run them and see if it gets better.
