I did modifcation on the 1g cylinder to work on 2g engine.Modified the 2g intake plenum to fit the 1g head,kept the stock throttle body. Removed the BCS restrictor. Car has a rough idle and has a lag on acceleration. car is a 1995 eagle talon tsi awd turbo

Have you check for boost leaks? Did you reuse the old intake manifold gaskets ro replace them with new ones? What about the TB gasket?
 
I think problem might be the ports on a 1g cylinder head are larger than the 2g cylinder head. I used the 2g plenum on the 1g head the ports on 2g plenum are small. I think the pcm isnt reading this setup right. :talon:
