Ok I have a 90 Laser RST FWD 5pd, minor bolt on mods, FMIC, 20g, GM MAF with translator, 3" DP and exh, etc etc......

I am buying my friends old Race shell, 91 Talon AWD. He raced it alot in local events and a few IDRC races. It has a Certified 12 point cage, 10 gallon fuel cell, AN1000 pump with filter and regulator, -8 feed -6 return, crane DIS box, alot of gauges. 3" ATR Exh and down pipe. NEW Tranny, 4 bolt rear, transfer case plus alot more. He pulled the motor for another car and is giving me the complete shell as if it ran yesterday. Now heres my question I know my motor and what not will drop right in and bolt in with no problems, He was running a haltech setup, he made his own engine harness Can I use my FWD 90 engine harness and ECU in this car or will I have to get another?

Haltech most likely is a custom harness, so you will have to swap the computer and harness. The haltech is not a bolt on computer.

I know that, thats not the question. The question is will a 90 FWD engine harness and ECU work in a 91 AWD?
