General 1G ECU in a 2G Sypder with 6 bolt motor?

I have a 97 Spyder GST with a 6 bolt swap in it and the magnus wire configuration. I had a 93 Talon TSI that I took the motor out of along with the ECU, ECU harness, and all sensors.

My question is if I swap the whole 1st gen setup into the car will it work with everything else electrical in my car. What I'm trying to do is run the whole car like it is a 1G. I think it will eliminate the bugs from the swap and can get rid of my downstream O2 and I wont have that wire mess that you have to do to make the 1G ECU work with the 2G ECU.

Also I'm going to use 1G fuel rail, blue top injectors, and fuel pressure reg.

If you physically swap all the wires (and relays) in theory it is possible. Honestly I feel you will encounter more bugs doing that, instead of 2g wiring, seeing how it is the less traveled route. Too each their own so good luck and god speed.
