If you still have the 7 bolt... you are going to have to make this:

1g CAS in 2g

This will send a cam and crank to the ecu for spark and fuel, if not, you are SOL. So get on the ball and make this thing. I did and it's fairly easy!

Go to magnus motorsports. They have premade harness and it look OEM when installed. It takes all the guess work out as its plug and play.

I just did all of that including the hard wiring but still did not get spark on the ignition coil [4-1-2-3] do you think my ignition coil pack is faulty or the power transistor i got extra on both parts but still the same.By the way this engine was rebuild as well as the tranny so this is my first time im gonna start the car but as of today including the CAS swap i did not get any sparks going to engine cylinder. The car cranks but still no sparks going to the engine....please help again...any opinion are welcome....

Are you saying you are getting NO spark at all at the plugs? Did you check for spark with the plugs pulled?
Is the 1g cas any good?
I don't totally understand your last sentence....."the car starts, crank, but still no spark" I think we need a little more info.
A few things to try until you get back to us are:
Double and triple check the wiring by the digram in kingjust's post. Then double check to make sure the cas is not 180* out of phase.
Also, on 2g's the 1g cas physically needs to be advanced (turned clockwise) a bit more than they are on 1g's to get the correct timing.

yes i dont have any current flowing on my spark plug, the car cranks but it wont turn over. I pulled the spark plug wire but there is no sparks. any idea.. thanks

thanks im back in the road again
i figured that my crank angle sensor is broken
just replace it today

my wiring harness that i got off the 1g cas is not the same as rre's description white, yellow, black n red my harness has 2 blacks a red n white no yellow is there a way to wire that differently or do i need another harness.

Check my link to magnus motorsports. Its 75 Plug N play all the ### FTW and its clean OEM look. Trust me on this one more headaches than you can imagine. The CAS is a fickle object anyways not to mention if you dont have good connections soldered and heat wrapped. Just spend the money DO IT RIGHT and be done. There are 2 styles of CAS as well you might have the 1ga style if its not the same as the description

well what type of cam angle sensor you have
i have the first gen which is the long wire
do you have the picture of actual cas
i think you have the harness which is the female
if thats the case you have four(4) plug socket with
red, black , black and white
i wish this info would help...
