2G 1g CAS Install on a 95 GSX

I recently had my 95 GSX (7 bolt) turn off on and not want to turn on. I thought my settings were rested since I leave the battery unplugged. Called my tuner and had me do a live date stream as we noticed there was not RPM signal. He mentioned to me that I might have a defective Crank Position Sensor. So I decided to do a 1g CAS install. I purchased the plug off STM tuned and installed it when it arrived. CAS was installed at DTC, spark plug wires were set up to match the CAS firing order and check off the non 95/96 style cam angle sensor. Long story short, I have compression, fuel and spark car doesn't turn on. If I move the CAS around it tries to turn on but then turns off immediately. I'm not sure how to go on from this.

Any advise and tips would be gladly appreciated.

@iugrad92turbo that is what I used to install the CAS. Im starting to think that maybe one of my fuel pumps went bad

You lost a crank sensor. I would go find out why. Check mechanical timing. You could have skipped a tooth or two.

1. Like Pauley said check mechanical timing and condition first
2. You might be 180 degrees out on the CAS
3. The wiring could also be wrong

Do you have a o-scope to check for signal?
