Today I was driving and then I went to put it in first and it wouldn't go!

If my car is at a stop, I cannot put it in gear! I have to turn the car off to put it in gear than turn it back on to start moving. Once I'm actually driving, it is pretty hard to shift.

Any Ideas on what it could be? I checked my fluid and it was fine and the clutch pressure is the same as before when the car was fine.

Have someone push the clutch pedal while you get under the car and can see the actuator rod pushing on the clutch fork. Make sure that it is actually moving and not bottoming out on the bellhousing.

If it isn't moving you have a hydrolic problem in either the master or slave cylinder.

If it is moving to far and hitting the bell housing then you need to either get a new pivot ball or shim the one you have.

And if it isn't either of those I would pull the trans and get a good look at the clutch to make sure it is still intact.

my laser had that problem but all my shifter assembly bushings were shot. so i ordered all new bushings from mitsubishi and 90% of the problem was fixed and some BG syncroshift fixed the rest
