Resolved 1g/2g thermostat housing difference

Hey guys

Im trying to figure out if the thermostat housing from a 1g will fit on a 2g head.. or if it will only work on a 1g head. i am curious because i think i might have a 2g head. i dont feel like taking back off the head and removing the intake mani to check the ports

You can bolt a thermostat housing from a 1G onto a 2G head.

But you cannot bolt a thermostat housing from a 2G onto a 1G head.
