19c spool times?

hey guys, im just curious as to how a 19c spools compared to a b16g or an hx 40. i really am leaning toward A holset but i would love any feed back for a cheap, 15psi< turbo that spools QUICK

If I remember correctly the 19c was bigger than the 20g and has a crazy 3 bolt exhaust flange. External gated too. So it wouldn't be cheap...

i am considering buying one for my starion. it has a t3 flange but. eh... I just REALLY wanna see this car hit low 13s or high 12s
