19c to 20g

I currently have a 19c on my 1996 eagle talon. I have someone who wants to buy my turbo for 600. I can get a 20g ported with a manifold and an external wastegate for $1275. Is there going to be a large power difference between a 20g and a 19c. I was told that a 19c is smaller than a small 16g. Is this true. Or should I take the 600 I would be spending more on the 20g and get cams instead. I am looking for the setup that will give me the most power. thanx

hey i might be in the same situation! I might buy a car with a 19c on it. the cool thing is that it has a rebuilt block and head, new gasgets, belts, vpc, gcc, profec a, 4 bolt rear, new fly and clutch for 5500. I was thinking of an sbr 20g, but i didn't know how much of aq difference it would be from a tdo5 to a tdo6. I read read from previous posts that these turbos(19c) aren't very good. OR I was thinking of getting agp's kit for 1600 with a 50 trim. don't know yet. what you you guys do 20G internally gated, or externally gated, spf manifold and a 50 trim, hell or a gt12 with a 7cm2 housing internally gated. all for use with stock 1g block. 7882 from reading about that turbo, don't bother with cams get a 20g.
