2G 1998 Eclipse GST auto trans problem

Drove my car down the road no signs or anything transmission just stop pulling and all gears no noise or anything what could that be ???

Can you be more specific?
What have you checked so far? How is the fluid level, does it move in any gear, any noises?

Depends, is it a white 98 gst?

I sold one five years ago that was having problems with the input shaft seal leaking air into the fluid pump.

So check the fluid level, it could just be really low. If the level is good then I would suspect the fluid pump finally died

Fluid level, pump or converter. Check the fluid level, then pull the pan and check the filter for clogging with material if the level checks out good, remember that it gets checked in neutral, engine running.

Can you manually select the gears. Click it into 1 or low, does it work if you turn overdrive off?
