I start my car and the rpm goes up quickly, it's 2,000. I don't know if there's someone who can help, apart from removing the cruise control, do you think that's why?

The cruise control is low on the list of potential causes.

Check the cable to the throttle body butterfly, it needs to be slightly loose before it starts to open the butterfly. The adjustment is where the cable body attaches to the intake manifold.

Make sure you don't have any vacuum leaks. We usually do this by pressurizing the intake (boost leak test) and spraying soapy water looking for bubbles.

Make sure your throttle body still has it's BISS screw and that it's adjusted properly.

Make sure that the water lines to the Fast Idle Air Valve (FIAV) are attached. Later you can test that it's operating correctly.

Measure the resistance of the Idle Air Control Valve coils. Each should be between 28-40 ohms depending on which type of IAC you have. If you have a metal one like this.

Replace it with a black plastic one like this.

That should cover the likely causes.
