Ok so for a while I couldn't get my ECU to connect to my reader and I had a CEL. My automatic door locks don't work probably because of bad lock motors so I pulled the door lock fuse a while ago, but it turns out that the door lock fuse at the driver's side kick panel also gives the ECU connector for an OBDII reader power for reasons I don't even know. So I ran the code and it was a P0505 (Idle Air Control System). I have already replaced the IAC Motor, TPS Sensor, upstream o2 sensor, and I have a plug in where the downstream o2 sensor would go. I have a full aftermarket exhaust including headers, down-pipe, high flow cat (test pipe) and cat-back. I will probably get a downstream o2 sensor soon but since I have a test pipe, im probably still gonna have the CEL with the downstream o2 and I want to get rid of it. Is there anyway to stop the CEL from coming on with a test pipe? Also as all of the other components of the Idle Air Control system are new, will adding a downstream o2 sensor fix my car from running rich? I have also recently swapped the ECU itself from a 1999 GS because the original ECU was screwed up somehow. The car is running less rich since the swap but is still shooting unburnt gasoline out of the muffler. I was told the ECU is running open loop causing it to dump more fuel than it should and I wanna know how to fix it from dumping too much fuel. Also when first starting it in cool weather you need to hold the gas for about 15 seconds at 2 grand before it will idle on its own or you can also rev up to about 4 grand and it will idle on its own. However, in hot weather it will start and idle high at about 2500 in park or neutral but in gear it will idle where it should. Reverse will idle at about 500 rpms and decrease as you move backward without gassing it until it stalls. Anyway to fix the open loop and make it idle where it should? P0505 is the only code it is throwing so im not sure what to do...
Also just a side note as its not really important but the SRS light has been on since i bought the car. It doesn't really effect anything other than being annoying.
Notes: Vehicle is a 1998 Eclipse GS (420a Non-Turbo) Automatic.
Performance Mods: Full DnA Performace 2.5 inch exhaust system, AEM Cold Air Intake.

As I said, im not to concerned at the srs light when i can simply take the bulb out and use it somewhere more useful like my gas gauge in which the light for the needle doesn't work...
Thanks though, if I ever find some spare cash I might replace that sensor but its ok for now, just wanted to see why its on in the first place. Its just getting really old with the idle issues and CEL and literally spewing dollar bills of gas out of my exhaust... Thats my main concern...
