On and Off SRS light

I've seen many posts involving the SRS light always on, but none wabout it coming on and going off every now and again. What does this man? Loose sensor?

Break out the code and find out what's sending the error.

while checking for a code would work, sometimes, like mine, the check engt on long enough to set a code. mine is from a busted spark plug wire

Not with obd2, if you have a cel you WILL have a code set.
