My right rear taillight lights up when I turn the lights on. No brake light or turn signal though. I already checked for voltage from the power and trip wire or control wire in my car color code for the wires

RR tailight
Before connector
Green/white stripe - turn signal
Black - ground
Green - power

Harness from the plug to the harness attached to the taillight.

Green power
Black negative
White with red stripe I believe trigger for turn signal

Main power and ground were great

Issues again.

No brake light illuminating.
No turn signal only for the right rear.
All fuses are good.
I replaced the bulbs.
The trip wire or turn signal wire did have a lower voltage than the left side but would fluctuate the same I grabbed the highest readings

Left side had 6.2-6.5
White with blue stripe

Right side 4.2-4.5
White with red stripe

Please help
