Hello,

Just a backstory on the car, i was looking for a few months to try and find either an AWD Talon or Eclipse. I was at the point of almost giving up one evening when i stumbled upon a part out on Kijiji for a 95/97 Eagle Talon TSi. The owner had a red 97 TSi that the body and frame were in bad shape (Rusted) and a 95 Green TSi that had a good frame with minimal to no rust as a parts car. After exchanging emails the owner agreed to put together a parts package and the shell of the green TSi, this takes us to the build which started Summer 2022.

I'm going to document the full build on Youtube, Tik Tok and Instagram. Not sure if i can share those links on here but will update this thread as much as i can. Will be replacing as many parts as i can along the way with the goal of building a 500 Wheel HP Street Car

Motor Picked up. Sitting in the bay just for fun/storage. Not easy working in a single car garage. At this point i had removed the front suspension, car is on jack stands. Hood, bumper, Wiper motor/cowl removed

Picked up a few goodies along the way. Was lucky to find the transmission from a member on this forum.

Was able to get the motor on the stand, clutch,intake manifold removed along with the front subframe.

Decided to do some random things to the car today. Added new struts for the hatch and new door handles from RTM.

Decided I wasn’t done there and removed the drivers front fender, spoiler, taillights and bumper

Came home to a nice shipment from Carbonetics this evening. Carbonetics AR front fenders.

Had a nice surprise when I got home this evening. Carbon fiber door trim pieces from Tuning Art . Posted a video on tik tok if anyone wants to see more of them

Hybrid solution came in today for the brakes. Big thanks to RTM for figuring out how to use the CTS calipers on the car. Off to powder coating in a few weeks with the rear brembos
